Im back

Right...

I have not posted on golf monthly for about a year now. :o! But anyway I'm back now and my golf (cock sure of my self) has never been better *touch wood*. I am currently not a member at a golf club because I cant get to play in any competitions so am not paying a load of money to play very rarely because booking a tee is hard at my old club. I left off of 8 but playing on courses in a society I have been shooting level/1 under very averagely. So I want to enter junior comps but cant join a club what should I do?

Thanks Connor

If money is a problem, there must be a muni in scouseland where you can join for not much and get an official handicap (if you get scratch, good luck to you). The local authority who run the muni may have a student scheme which could be within your reach. If you're as good as you say you are, it would be a crying shame to waste that talent.

p.s. Can you take that picture off your sig - you look far too young to play golf and it's pissing me off.

Great to see you back. Look forward to hearing how your game progresses. Hope you something sorted to play.

As said above check with local council and see what they have to offer. Will only take 5mins on the phone to the offices.
