One of our seniors has his garden backing onto the 3rd fairway. Lucky devil.
Or was silly money, or wouldn't have you as a member, or did not have any membership at all....
Surely the question would be that if your house backed onto a golf course why wouldnt you be a member there? (unless of course it wasnt very good!)

a very well known premiership footballer and tv presenter purchased a house in a very exlcusive area near us based on joining the course that was in hes back garden, he was allegedly very upset when he was told by the club their membership quota was full and there was no room in the club for him... sources advised me all sorts of replies come...
Im prepared to pay more
do you know who i am
ive just paid millions for a house just because i liked the course and the area
i found it funny as fork
If i was paying membership & these numb nuts were playing for free id be insisting to the committee someone did it, if you want to use private facilities you pay unless you are an invited guest , show the committee your commitment by volunteering to help checking the bag tagsDuring the summer you can garrantee a queue at the 1st tee within 10 mins of the pro driving away but they don't do anything to stop it . I suggested any of the committee could check tickets and bag tags but was laughted at
What would you do if you found non members playing, if the committee have already said they're not bothered? Could you physically stop them teeing off? If there are a lot of non members playing and only you policing them, it might not be as easy as you think. If i was paying membership & these numb nuts were playing for free id be insisting to the committee someone did it, if you want to use private facilities you pay unless you are an invited guest , show the committee your commitment by volunteering to help checking the bag tags
