If I could putt I'd be dangerous...

Title says it all really.

To cut a long story short:

Played with a friend yesterday. Struck the ball great, hit plenty of greens and left myself in great position for birdies/pars.

But my putting didn't turn up. Lost count of the three putts and a four jab at the last!

Anyone got any good putting practice tips/drills that I could try?

I had a look in the instruction section of GM website and I liked the look of one where you set up a putters length away and try and hole 25 consecutive putts. That's the kind of range I'm really struggling from.

Don't complicate things. Just practice, practice, practice!
