As some will know I have a swing issue at the moment, where I seem to be pulling everything!!!!!! This has been happening for about 2 weeks and I thought after my last lesson I got the better of it!!!!! on our 6th hole I pulled my T shot again and on the spur of the moment I threw my club in frustration and it brushed a fellow players bag!!!!!! I dont normally do this but due to the PULL's it has really got to me!!!! I instantly appologised to my fellow players and felt like a right T**T!!!!! I even bought them a drink as sorry but I still feel really guilty!!!

I feel your pain. Hate it when you have a lesson and it doesn't click when you hit the course. I had a lesson yesterday and we've radically changed the posture. Went fine yesterday. Could I replicate it today? Wanted to walk off and leave the balls on the range but think we've just about turned a corner. A few evenings at the range will see if thats true

Many a club thrown in disgust in our regular group. Nothing like watching a driver flying 40 yards further than the ball, cartwheeling through the air.

At least you apologised for it, but dont beat yourself up over it.

We don't tend to have many club chuckers in our Saturday swindle but if there is ever a Tourettes Open we'll walk it. Hawkeye has perfected "**** off Stannard" after any bad shot, Sundance is a bit of a chunderer and will cuss on the tee after a bad hole. Our mate Colin is just Mr Tourette for 18 holes whether it is good bad or indifferent. I tend to give it a good swear and let it out and then move on.

At least it was a good shot if you hit his bag, many of us get frustrated, personally I now have to get my 8 iron reshafted after a particulary fine right footed volley last week, the poor bloody thing only let me down once, felt a real knob milli seconds after but whats done is done, pay up and look big.

PS my playing partner lobbed his club today, it was a really lovely shape.

I played on Friday, was playing really well, but I was playing with the captain/president of the uni golf society.

On the 3rd (he was having a shocker already!), I saw the best angry moment to a "bad" (5 yards left of target! :o ) shot ever. He hit his golf bag so hard that it caused it to fall over, but that bad then took out the rest of our groups too in a domino effect…! :D

Needless to say, we all felt his pain and burst into laughter… :D

I was more upset because the guy whos bag it hit is a nice chap who I have good banter with and he took offence to it. On a seriouse note, I am a course marshall and after I did that I was so ashamed that I considered handing my resignation in. As some have pointed out MOVE ON.......il try.

What do we want.
Tourettes Golf support group.
When do we want it.

A guy I was playing with yesterday gave his 4-iron the full smash into the ground after chipping out from the trees. Bent the shaft on his lovely new Razr X forged 4-iron. His mood was not improved when someone pointed out he'd altered the playing characteristics of the club and wouldn't be allowed to use it for the rest of the round :D
