I phone glitch

Techno peeps I am in need of help. Iphone 5 keeps updating my message log with the contents of my phone book although no messages have been sent. This 1st happened last wed and has occurred 4 times. The latest being last night and again this morning. Any ideas?

I assume you have tried a hard reset, i.e. hold home button and lock for 10 secs until the apple symbol appears? Have you updated to the lastest iOS?

What do you actually mean though when you say, "updating my message log with the contents of my phone book"?

If I press the icon messages it then transfers you to your message log. On Wednesday it showed me I had text everybody in my address book at the same time. I asked a few people and they said I hadn't text. It has happened 2 times since. Last night I turned my phone off to charge. Turned on today. I received 1 message, read it and then everybody in my address book had been text at 08.13. Although again I asked wife and daughter and they hadn't received a text..

Why don't you just sit down and write a letter?
