I bought today.....

Never bought anything from Callaway pre-owned. What's the grading like for the clubs? I'm looking for a hybrid and they have a Rogue 20 in average condition for £52! Not sure whether to take a gamble on it.
From my experience...

Like New - it's new
Very Good - maybe been hit once, probably new
Good - you might see that it's bee hit a couple of times.
Average - you can see that it's been used but it's still, very, very good.

I've bought all grades from them. I got an Apex 21 Hybrid last year in "Average", first time I'd bought at that grade. Honestly, it has some scratches on the sole and a tiny scratch on the crown (middle of it, not a sky mark or anything) that I buffed out with some T-Cut. Face was mint, grip was mint, not a mark on the shaft.

I showed @Lord Tyrion the wedges I got, they were "Like New" but they still had the protective stickers on them, they had never been hit.

I've just received the 3 wood that was in "Good" condition, looks like it's maybe been hit a couple of times in a demo bay or something. You can see a couple of superficial scratches on the sole if you get the light to shine on it at a certain angle, other than that it looks brand new. I've took a few photos of it, last photo is why I think it was only "good".

I can confirm, having looked in @Springveldt bag, that buying from the Callaway site is a smart thing to do if you want Callaway gear. They are clearly very wary about being caught out in their descriptions to the point where they are very over generous. A definite winner for the buyer, I'd have no qualms buying from there. (I've seen his past purchases as well, not just the pristine wedges this weekend)

Excellent. I bought the Rogue 20 3h hybrid this afternoon for £52. Bargain

I bought an epic flash back in 2021 from there - described as average condition but arrived with the sticker still on the face.

Same with a mack daddy raw wedge.

I'm convinced they're just terrible with inventory so rather than back out of the sale when something is out of stock they just send a new one.

Snaffled a pair of new balance trainers I've been lusting after for ages but didn't want to part with the cash. Got them for just over half price. Thanks 😊

Bought one myself a couple of weeks ago. The screen is amazing and the plays like feature with wind, slope and atmosphere taken into consideration is unreal.

I was able to afford to buy them because I recently won a good amount of money on a gambling site! I chose a service with the Pay by SMS Casino option so as not to link my card details. It turned out to be quite convenient, and after winning, my money was quickly withdrawn on my account.
Agree, this is a fantastic watch!

After some thought, I decided that I would buy myself this watch too!

That's exactly what I said to @Lord Tyrion at the weekend as well. It doesn't make any sense otherwise, my putter said "Good" and it came with the sticker still on saying remove at the point of purchase.

Just had the club delivered. It's a brand new club!! Doesn't look like it's ever hit a ball, no scratches, no marks on the face at all, shaft immaculate, cover brand new. I thought there was 2 dots at the base of the shaft but it was were the sales sticker would have been and has now cleaned off. Unbelievable bargain.

As I said, I think their stock inventory system is garbage and they end up sending out new gear if the one you ordered is gone. My whole bag is slowly transforming into Callaway as the value from that site is unbelievable.
