As We (Leicester) Have signed him from you, And I Havnt really heard of him, as i only look at all the Scores and dont take notice of any of the players from the lower leagues.

Is he any good?

I'd put him as being the best full back in League 1. Hard as nails and bloody quick.
He also has a non shall pass attitude which saved Town on numerous occasions.
Clarky played him at midfield a few times toward the end of the season. A position that suited him well.
Leicester didn't pay that amount of money for a crap player. He served Town well, I hope he does the same for you guys too.

Word on the street is that with Pelts being sold for a decent price, there is no need to sell anyone else. This should mean that Pilks and Gary Roberts will still be wearing the blue and white stripes next season.
Pilks had a bad ankle/leg break last season which took him out of the picture for several games, including the play offs and the finals. We missed him badly. He's scored some quality goals for the Terriers with some storming runs down the wing.
Hope he continues in the same vain next season.

Footballers don't half spout some rubbish! Danns has left Palace because - wait for it - the lure of the Premiership.

Right, so he wants to play in the Premiership so he could join one of the newly promoted teams or one of the teams already in the Premiership such as Wigan. Why join Leicester? There's no guarantee that they'll gain promotion next season - who knows, the mighty Eagles could surprise everyone and go up!

I wish footballers would just be honest and say I'm leaving because club X have offered me more money!

Looks like your wish may come true mate. Judas Pilkington has announced he wants to leave the club.
He was well looked after by Lee Clarke after he broke his leg against Rochdale in March. Now he repays the club, the Chairman, the manager and fans by wanting to jump ship.

Personally, I now think he's a disloyal ***!

In all seriousness we are desperate for the cash, even though there is talk we are being taken over very soon and Dietmar Hamann will be the new gaffer. Pilks is a good young player but he's abit in and out and you've got enough cash to get a decent replacement if he goes.

Well pilkington has jumped ship now! And the foxes flex their muscles with the signing of mills for £5m!! About £2m more than he's worth in my view!! Just hope we don't go back with improved offer fir Maynard! £5m plus is far too much for a player with only a year left on his contract, in Sven we trust!
