HowDidIDo - Cannot find me

Has anyone else has a problem with HowDidIDo this afternoon? It no longer recognises me against my club and I cannot access any of the features, such as booking, as a result.
This has coincided with a notification of a change of handicap from them following playing at an open (not on my home course).
Our handicap secretary thinks that it’s an issue with HowDidIDo as he’s been contacted by two people about this today.

I thought I was deleted, unsubscribed or whatever, when I left my last club at the end of last year.
Now suddenly I'm getting their comp results by email from HDID ?‍

You need to change clubs
