As we are coming out of the winter and into the new season I was just wondering how often people are putting in some practise time.
I only started playing socially last year and have decided to take it a lot more seriously (by this I mean just actually playing more often/joining a club etc) this year so have been putting in quite a lot of time, at least 2 range sessions a week and probably a lesson every 2-3 weeks since the turn of the year. I have found though that I hit the ball better when I only get 50 balls as opposed to 100 as I don't feel I have to rush through the balls and therefore can go through the swing thoughts in a bit more detail.
For me the practise is definately paying off and hoping to carry this on to build a consistent swing. Just need the clocks to change so I can start getting in 9 holes after work during the week then I won't go to the range as often.
What does everyone else do?
