You've answered the wrong question. The OP wasn't seeking an opinion on whether it was right or not. What's the difference between changing times & waiting to see the weather forecast before entering. If it meant I didn't get wet, that's what I'd do. It's amateur golf, not the European Tour.It's just not right.....
