How important is balance?

Who are you, and what have you done with BogeyHole? We quite liked that fella as he wasn't such a knob :ears:

For ME, any balance issue after the ball is hit indicates a balance issue before I've hit it too. Those who have played Cricket a lot might be able to more inclined to 'follow through' in a 'ready to run' way though.
