How has the basic content of your bag changed.

Trying to get a settled bag but keep seeing things that will make it easier (NOT)
Cant decide between a 3 wood or a 2 hybrid
Or
Add a gap wedge to bridge the gap between my PW (55). And SW (56)

that has to the least brand loyal bag ever GB, 8 different names

To be fair the Callaway 3 wood has been changed for a JPX 800 so that is one less brand but I have forgotten how to change my sig. It used to be worse, a couple of months ago the irons were Cobra and there was a Benross 5 wood instead of the Mizuno hybrid. Tried to match up my Orka wedge with 3 others but they are discontinued and the MD of Orka could not find the right spec old heads.

This is the most unified my bag has been with 3 JPX800 clubs. If I had the cash there would be probably be a bag of JPX 800 clubs but I have not at the moment (except the putter which is generally hot so will never leave).

the driver has changed from 10.5 to 9.5 degree, the 3 & 5 wood are down to just a 5 wood, and the hybrid yo-yos in and out, I actually prefer the 3 iron. I just love wedges in the bag, so got PW, 52, 56 & 60. It will change tho!!!

When I started back four years ago, I had persimmon driver and 3 wood, 2 iron to sandwedge and putter. Now have Titleist 910 driver and 3 wood, 2 ping G5 hybrids 4 iron to wedge, 52 and 58 degree wedges and putter. Is there a prize for the biggest change ?

I've been using the 4w/3h combo to fill the gap between driver and irons for a number of years now.
I've dabbled with a 3w/5w mix but it left too big a gap as I like my 4 wedge set up - had this for 8-9 years now.
Current fairway is getting a bit long in the tooth so may be up for a change this year and my search for the perfect hybrid continues but the basic set-up - can't see it changing for a long while.

After getting a new set of irons I decided that I'd bin my hybrids and learn how to hit my long irons consistently. I also changed my fairways to clubs I can hit consistently off both the tee and fairway.

I did consider changing my 60 degree wedge for a 3 hybrid however it's my go to club from 40 yds and now that I'm hitting my 4 iron well, (I get the same distance my playing partner gets with his No 3 Razr hybrid), I don't see the need to change anything and will stick with what I have.

When I started playing again 2.5 years ago I had Driver, 3 wood, 2 hybrid, 3-PW and 2 specialist wedges.

Now changed to Driver, 4 wood, 3 hybrid, 4-PW and 3 specialist wedges.

Mine's been slowly mutating for a while. I added a 4th wedge a few years ago followed by a couple of hybrids to replace long irons. Over the last year the long irons and hybrids have been swapping in and out. Then I dropped the 60' wedge a couple of months ago. The difference between the beginning of last year and now is...

Jan 11: Driver, 3W, 3H, 4-PW, 52, 56, 60, Putter
Jan 12: Driver, 3W, 5W, 4H, 5-PW, 52, 58, Putter

The top of my bag has always been unbalanced but it should be OK now, I do have one more space to be filled though should it be required.

My bag makeup hasn't changed at all. The clubs might have changed but I still go Driver, 3 Wood, 2 - PW, 2 wedges and a putter. Have been tempted to get a 5 wood to bridge the gap between the 3 wood and the 2 iron but always backed out because I love my 2 iron. It goes like a dream and has helped me out of some tight spots.

Started with a half set of junior clubs (3Wood, 5,7,9 irons + putter) & then added a ladies sand wedge.

Then had a standard: Driver, 3 & 5 woods, 3-SW + putter

Now: Driver, 3 wood, 19* rescue, 4-PW, 52,56,60* wedges + putter

That's my line up too. Can't see it changing any time soon. Clubs come and go, but the basic make up remains the same.

Only thing I have changed recently is I have a bushnell on the side of my bag now. Oh, and I think I may have finally settled on my driver shaft, the made for ahina in stiff. Unless my new swing changes make it unsuitable.
