This is not a what make do you use. More how has your club selection changed over time.
Mine has changed quite a bit over this last year. Not so much with new clubs though.

When I started back the bag was half full with woods. The contents would have been. Driver, 3&5&7 woods plus 3&4 hibreeds. then 5-SW in the irons plus putter. I really needed all the length I could get plus I found woods much easier to hit.

Now there are only 3 woods in the bag. A driver 5 wood and 3 hibreed. irons 4-PW plus a 50* 54* 58* wedges. sometimes the 7 wood goes in and the 4 iron comes out as on one course there are 2 long par 3's that the 7 wood is just right for most of the time. But thats only the one course.

Have any of you found your standard bag has changed over time.

Basically the same bats as ever... only change in composition in 20 years is a 3 hybrid in for a 5-wood really.

Main contents change is I swap cold beers in the summer for a hip flask of single malt in winter.

my bag hasnt really changed, with the exception of 2 wedges (but no sandwedge) and a driver ive always carried a conventional bag.

Driver 3w 5w
4-pw
52/56
putter

Thinking about it, I used to use almost any ball, only had the PW and SW from the set..no porpose wedges, only one pair of golf shoes, bought a new glove when the one being used got holed, never had a clue about shafts, used any putter, had silly wood covers, never cleaned my clubs, only one pair of waterproofs, irons were 3 to SW I now use a hybrid to replace my 3 iron as it’s much more versatile.

Never really bothered about who made what. Now I pay more atention to detail than ever before.

Not much really.

Added a 2 hybrid where there was nothing before and changed to 52 and 58 wedges from a SW.

Now got Driver, 3w, 2 hybrid, 3-PW, 52, 58.

Would love to find a putter that likes me though :(

I've not changed or added anything for over 24 hours now!!

:mmm:

need to head on over to ebay!

Don't understand as 56 deg is generally considered to be a sand-wedge.

Added a 5 wood to replace the Fli-Hi 2 iron (Which will be in the "For Sale" section soon) and I'm considering adding a 17* hybrid to plug the gap between my 3 iron and 5 wood.

The the hybrid will give me a little more versatility from the rough...... Which is a bonus seeing as I spend alot of time there :mmm:

ive change every club but not the driver that i had given me ,,the first shot i ever played with it went like a bullet dead straight & i had a bad slice at the time

will probably buy new sometime in the future when i learn to look after my clubs much better

erm... 3rd set of irons, 5th driver, 2nd 3 wood, 2nd set of hybrids, 3rd lot of wedges and 3rd putter (currently eyeing up a mallet type aswell)... and I wonder why I am inconsistant :D

I now have wooden tee's as opposed to castle, I have gloves that fit, a clubhead cleaner and spare pencils etc that I always forgot

to be fair I started with a really cheap set, a few impulse buys from ebay/forums then decided what I wanted and am now relatively happy with my bag for the forseeable

The actual basic composition of my bag has changed very little but I think part of that is because I started with a decent beginner set and the club contents suit me fine. My starter set had a high loft driver, 3 wood, 2 hybrids, 5-SW and a putter. I have swapped a hybrid for a 5 wood every now and again and have added more wedges but the basics remain the same.,

The make up hasn't changed too much. The models have come and gone but its always been driver, 3&5 woods, 3H 4-PW, 52 and 58 degree wedges. I did have a 56 instead for a while and dropped the 5W in summer and brought in a 60 and went 52, 56 and 60 in wedges but it didn't really work and I've gone back to the tried and tested line up
