Ive had people look strange at me when I say balance is the key to a good swing ,

in my mind my swing looks like the 1 in the op, while the body looks like the John Daly 1 less the cigarette .. balance = control in my opinion..

Best golfer that I have seen that always seems to finish off balance is Gary Player. Weight through the shot, forcing you to take a step forward, is better than weight on the back foot forcing you to step backwards.
