What do you mean hacked? If you mean there appears to have been a load of emails sent from your account with links to spam/virus etc you just need to change your password.

Strangely enough, mine was as well at 5:30am from a server supposedly in Germany.
Link your account with another email address or mobile phone as they ask and change your password straight away.

Sympathy btw! Such events make you realise how vital security on your main email address is!
Once you get back in, you should check and change ALL your Banking etc passwords that are 'based around that email addy, as the sods could well have requested changes to those facilities!
