Anyone else watching this on C4?

Most American Drama shows can be a bit bland (I know, I watch most of them! :D), but two episodes in and this is flipping awesome!

I highly recommend you getting onto 4OD if you've not watched it. Compelling stuff.

Plus, Claire Danes is lovely!

I've been looking forward to this for ages and i have to say i am not disappointed, Claire Danes and Damien Lewis are brilliant.

A mate of mine has seen the whole series and this is what he said:

"It has a twist that makes you go 'Fork!'. Then another that makes you go 'Fooooorkk!!' then another that makes you go 'omfgzorzfooorkk!' then another that's all like 'arrghgh my head asplode!' :-)"

Expletives "tidied" a little, but you get the idea!

Needless to say, I can't wait for the rest of the series. Whatever Damien Lewis touches turns to gold.

really good but was hoping it would be a 3 or 4 parter. Can't help but feel the story will drag/be less effective over 12 hour long episodes.

Plus, a second series has been commisioned! Another 12 are set to be made... Either he's a terrorist or aint, how's there another series in this!?

I get the feeling it's gonna turn into another '24'

It's by the same makers of 24! Luckily, I loved 24! :D

12 episodes is a good amount for a series like this. Lets the story develop with feeling rushed.

If it was 24, I'd agree. I guess we won't know how the second series will go until the end of the 1st series. I can see it leaving me wanting more though!

Not 8 series more like 24 though!

"Set up a perimter" - Did anyone not escape one of the perimeters set up!!!

Did enjoy them all though, rumour had it they were making one in the UK, don't know if it happened though.

Last American series I watched was NYPD Blue. Think the last 20 years may have passed me by. Currently watching Rumpole of the Bailey on dvd.;)

I watched 2 episodes on 4OD yesterday, agree that it's been brilliant thus far, had me hooked straight away.

I am very concerned however that it's going to be 12 episodes and then a new series is being shot. I want a resolution to the story before 2014 please.

My mates who have seen it, you don't need to worry about this. There are more twists and turns that a lap round Monaco, by all accounts.

I'm sorely tempted to watch the rest of the series tonight. Not sure I can wait 10 weeks to find out what happens!

Agree about Damien Lewis, Band of Brothers is probably the best piece of tv i've ever watched.
