just wondering if anyone hits the gym seriously with an aim to improving their golf game i.e. more control, hit it further? If so what body parts/exercises are best? Ive been gyming it now for just over a year and have increased strength alot but dont want it to damage my swing. Any advice for an approach to this? what muscles are most important? I already know im no where near as flexable as i used to be.
