@J55TTC - if you fancy a visitor swapsie with someone just up the road this summer I'm up for it.
Haven't played your track for quite a while and I've only ever played it in matches...with any luck my place will be looking grand again this summer with our revamped 3rd, 4th and 13th holes nicely back in play...

Played Hindhead today and very impressed in its condition. Not sure I should have agreed to play off the whites, as course played long in cold conditions with not much run. Never hit so many long iron second shots to come up short of the green.
Hit a nice shot into the new par three 8th. Almost took the pin out, but it was with a driver.
Might be 30 yards shorter than old hole, but all carry now over a nasty little bunker.

Yes, there's a few holes in winter that are absolute beasts. Once the run out returns its a totally different course.
