Do any of you have trouble sleeping?

Seriously, I'd be climbing the walls. Maybe the body just gets used to it?

I rarely have caffeine after about 2pm, but a nice cup of tea, then triple espresso before leaving the house gets me nicely revved up in the morning.

It's the evil in my soul rather than caffeine that keeps me awake at night.

big Tea fan here also, Tetley make tea bags make pee:o

I let the tea bag infuse (not stew as philistines call it) for about 3 minutes then 1.5 sugars (need to cut that back now I've typed it) add milk till light brown colour then...........AAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

Nice wee bungalow that with a decent sized garden in a countryside setting, is it for sale???

i reckon i have at least 15 cups of coffee a day. i think i have a problem... man do i get the headaches when i cut down!! LOL but i need it to stay awake!!

in my last job (kitchen manager for 120 cover site, plus breakfast provision for the 60-room hotel next door) an 18 hour day was regular (ie 4 or 5 per week) it wasn't so much tea we drank as opposed to rocket fuel. me and my colleague who normally did about as many hours as me drank a whole bag of espresso beans in about 5 days, equates to about 85 servings.

totally gone off coffee since then, apart from the odd cup when passing high street chains which i am fond of. tea - 4 or 5 cups per day but i do double bag.
