It's not just me then, thank god! I'll easily knock back 6 or 7 cups of tea a day unfortunately though I seem to be caffeine tolerant so I don't get the buzz some people do from tea or coffee. What get's me going is the sugar, I have 2 sugars in both tea and coffee, gives me a good hit. I'm always amazed at how often I buy some Tetleys (Tetleys is the way forward) tea bags.

Tea... 6 or 7 cups a day... Usually Earl Grey of course as you do here in the home counties... If not, Sainsburys Red Label does me just fine... Always make a pot using tea leaves at home but have to make do with tea bags at work... Don't do sugar and haven't for 40 years...

Went to St Andrews with a bloke that doesn't drink tea or coffee. Very strange. I have a few cups of tea a day but that comes with working from home, and having a wife that always has the kettle on. Never drink coffee though.

Coffee for me espresso the stronger the better. None of those little cup though mugs all the time. Must have nearly worn out the "Duelit Espresso machine" by now. Oh and no sugar. About 10/15 cups a day.

wow!!!!

i think that takes the biscuit.i personally love my coffee but nowhere near as bad as that.i do love latte's which i drank quite a bit at work when i was in the kitchen but now i only manage maybe 1 latte a day if i'm lucky....i had 2 today though :D

i have a coffee in the morning and maybe another one throughout the day and maybe a cup of tea at night.

carte noir is my coffee fetish, its awesome stuff.

We had a Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine for christmas.

The Americano's are AWESOME

I dont drink tea/coffee at home although if at work may have 1. Ever since I got playing a half decent level at football I was told not to drink tea due to how dehydrated it makes you. They said per 1 cup of tea you should be drinking a litre of water, due to the fact tea makes you pee. Also it can make your body feel a bit drained, hence why teams will offer the away side a cup of tea at half time, idea is it they get a bit lazy for the first 15 minutes of the 2nd half. Plus if I have a hot drink I llike a sugar with it and if I drank it alot imagine how much sugar I would be putting through me.

I read (somewhere) that coffee in those amounts can destroy your liver faster than alcohol.

I have a well known and well documented problem with coffee and caffiene...

This is my regular order...

Coffee for me,I'll drink up to 6 cups in a morning at graft but never have a cuppa after around say 2pm,I just do not enjoy it after that time of day.......strange given prior to that I can't get enough of coffee!

Exactly the same as me. Usually 6th just after lunch and thats me for the day.

Christ if i was drinking 9 cups of tea a day i would be hanging up the bags at using them again.
