I have bought a stock of 50 Bridgestone e6 balls, because I have found them to be the best ball for me. Now, I know that Bridgestone have pulled out of the UK, so I was wondering how long my stock would last. I play about 54 holes a week for 48 weeks a year, on a par 74 course, and presently play off of 28. How long do you think this stock will last if I don't lose any :p

Please use averages, and remember this is a bit of fun :D

If you don't lose any then all the stock will last

E6s? Forever! Might be remembering them incorrectly but thought they were pretty robust, I'll play a ball until it gets a nasty split or I lose it (the later normally comes first!), you'll be a very long time striping the dimples off that stock. More likely you'll become very gung-ho because you have so many of them and as the stock dwindles (let's face it, you'll lose them!) then panic will set in and you'll become too protective.

Fear not, there are many good balls out there and as you improve you may look for something else from the ball ur playing. I played today with an Nxt Tour S and loved it, will be putting the Pro Vs away til it warms up.

In summary. 3 years, 5 months and 26 days.

Probably won't lose many in the winter, it will be summer when the rough is up.Depends how bad your bad shots are.1 a weekend. As you get better you will lose less.

Half an hour if they are in your boot and the car gets nicked !

3 or 12 don't go into 50, have you bought those foreign metric balls ? if so they don't work on UK courses.

I play off 25 and lose an average of 2-3 balls per round. So lets say 20 rounds, which at 3 rounds per week is 6-7 weeks, which sadly won't even be the end of April :o
