Hey guys,
looking for a little advice please, i am looking to get new irons, soon or at the beginning of next year, feb marchish, but i have a big problem.
Where i live in germany they have no golf shops nearby and my pro shop is closing as we speak so i have no way to demo any irons at all. I can only order online.
So question is... do i just choose a set and go for it?
I have been considering a range of GI and players irons from ap1's to mp52's. I could get a demo club off ebay like the mp52 with a stiff or diff shaft... would this be worth it for the futre? get an idea of club and shaft?
So what is your best advice for me?
Thank you very much!

hi
Why do you want to change? Try to figure out that first.
Maybe get a lesson to see if the shafts are ok for you, they must be a pro at a local club somewhere, even in Germany, lol.
If you like TM irons, why not look at a newer set of them, burner ones perhaps, or possibly some ping g15's what about mx100 or 300, just something else to look at as well as your choices.
Why not get a couple of clubs off ebay and try, least you will have an idea of club and shaft.

I am only 1 hour from the Mizuno National fitting centre in Neuss! But the problem is, i dont have the money to get custom fit! :( i will probably have £350 top! So c/f is probably out of the question. Does anybody know how much it would be for a custom fit? also if i get a custom fit session do i have too buy them? If not it may be possible to just get custom fit and then buy online?
Thanks

Oh for crying out loud. TRAIN TRIP!!!!!!!! Get to Neuss. Custom fitting should be free. Email them to confirm. Sell your old clubs, ask for some cash for Xmas and get yourself down there for some lovely new shiny clubs.

Next? :D
