I've somehow managed to change my lap top computer screen from landscape to portrait whilst carrying it from lounge to office :D

Can anybody please tell me how to revert it.

I did go on google and asked the question and it came up with a computer expert that wants to charge an initial £28. I'd rather not go down that route if poss.

Any help much appreciated - pleeeease, I'm starting to get a stiff neck

Thanks Baileydog,

Any other ideas?

Cheers,

The following may work: CTRL+ALT+Up arrow
or some similar key keyboard combination for some but not all video cards.

Some graphics cards also come a utility or an option to rotate your display. Most likely to be found in the Display/Advanced option.
You may also be able to turn off Display rotation so the problem does not
happen again.

Click on Start/Control Panel/Display/Setting Tab, Advanced button or it
could be an
Icon in the control panel specifically for the Video Card you have.

Copied from a google search, hope it helps
:)

Look in your sytem tray (bottom right-hand corner) and you may have an icon for your display adapter. Try "settings" or "properties" in there.

Alternatively go the long way round and try My computer....etc.
