It's a shambles but the writing was on the wall the day Hartley, Pressley and Gordon highlighted what was going on, George Burley left when they were top of the league and looking genuine contenders because it was unworkable and their financial backing from a chairman's bank???
If I was a fan I'd have voted with my feet long ago as this was no longer their club but football fans have a blind sense of loyalty which can't be changed overnight.
Shame but I don't think the situation at Hearts is unique and the whole football debt/ownership dillema has yet to really fall aprt but I'm sure it will.

I did, and although I look for the result on the telly or listen to the coverage on the radio, I have to say, I don't really miss it too much.

It's an institution,and will never go to the wall. Bad news for any club to fold,wouldn't celebrate any clubs demise,even Hibs.After all said and done,we're football supporters.
