HDID incredibly slow?

Anyone else having issues with the new app taking forever to load certain pages, particularly the leaderboard when a comp is in progress?

It’s absolutely hopeless on my iPhone 16. I have updated the app and rebooted the phone, still on a mega go-slow

Not just you. Mines horrific at the moment , load the app and all you get is the header at the top of the page and grey screen with nothing. Takes a good couple of minutes to catch up and load, which is annoying as it’s idling my phone locks so you have to start again.

Even once it’s loaded if you then try to change between the screens it’s rinse and repeat over and over again.

What browser are you using? I’m on Chrome.

Mines the same if I’m using the App on my phone, Chrome or Safari. Doesn’t seem to matter how I access it, it’s just crap.

I think there is an issue today. I'm normally okay with it but it's playing up at the moment.

Probably their servers not working properly. Doesn’t help that it’s a Saturday and the busiest day.

Sorry I was having a senior moment there, I’m using the app, not the website.

The computer and the app have both been useless today, and the competition result has failed to publish correctly - only one score was registered from the whole field.

And I've just checked England Golf, and his is the only score from today on there. It's going to be fun in the morning!

The app used to show various stats about your game but that seems to have disappeared. Is it hidden in there somewhere and I'm just not seeing it?

EG has still updated. Mine changed overnight despite the issues with hdid yesterday. Different set ups, I assume.

If it didn't, you have to play with what the system says

Apparently ClubV1 went down at around 12.30 yesterday. I spent yesterday evening signing in the late starters and inputting around 100 scores.

I don't like the new App either, but perhaps that's down to the difficulty of accepting change at an advanced age.

My Handicap has updated on Scottish Golf but not HDID.

The main problem wasn't with HDiD but with the back end (ClubV1).

Let's also not pretend that IG never has these sorts of problems, along with it's huge list of ongoing problems and inadequacies.
