Handicap softwear/ online

Hi are there any free bits of softwear or web sites that can caluclate a handicap. I have found a couple of american ones which are no use to us over here, I know it will not be official but thats good enough for me

If you use scoresaver 2 it not only works out your stats for each round but calculates the handicap too
