Handicap question

Just a quick questions for everyone my current handicap is 13.9 last weekend I played in a open at a different club and shot 39 points. I've just woken up this morning to a email from HDID stating due to ESR I've been cut to 10.9 now this isn't a issue for me except when I click on my handicap score on the page I'm still displayed as 13.9 despite the graph of handicaps showing 10.9 is their something blatantly obvious I've missed here or is the software sort of delayed? Any help welcome

At the end of the day it is the handicap that is displayed at your club that is the correct one.

a 3 shot cut doesn't sound right. you'd would need to shoot more than 46 points for that depending on the css. have you been playing good golf recently and had a exceptional score reduction?
