Handicap question

Had a medal yesterday - was played over 14 holes as 4 are undergoing off-season work.

I won with 6 under handicap - should I be cut for it?
It was preferred lies, and played off our winter tees (hence an unmeasured course).

I don't mind a cut, as that's the aim of the game for me, but just wondered whether or not I should be?

no you wont be cut i wudnt have thought, winter conditions, not full course, prefered lies, winter tees. I wudnt think so

No - the event cannot be counted as a qualifier for handicap purposes in those circumstances, and even if it was played in summer conditions, then over 14 holes you would not be cut anyway.

I guess if you keep doing it over the winter then you could get cut on general play.
