Bro, as a 22 handicapper, you need to be aware of some of the golfing facts of life

1 There are very few people on this forum who earn any money from playing Golf, we have a couple of teaching professionals, but they are not out on tour.

2 99.9 % of people on here simply love the game, it is our hobby, our past-time where we can escape for a few hours.

3 The distance from a 22 handicap to 0 is huge, if it was that easy, we would all be tour pros and we are not.


4 Enjoy the game, but do not look at it as a meal ticket .

I'm not so sure. Of course this could be a 9 year old boy from Luton, but he could also equally be a young man from Africa who doesn't have English as his first language so is trying to understand how to get into the world of professional golf on the European tour.
