I have a question for the handicap experts. Follow closely this is complicated.
On Sunday we play the first round of our annual biggy the masters (I know it's corny).
Now I know most places play both rounds on the same day or at least over two days on the same weekend. Unfortunately we have too many seniors who have thrown their collective weight around and it's now played over two Sundays.
Now here's the complicated bit. Over the second weekend it's our monthly medal competition which any cometitor of the masters will have to play on the Friday or Saturday as the second masters round is on Sunday. If a player in the masters has a stella round with the potential of getting a handicap cut would they have to find out this for the masters round even though the medal comp isn't finished or would they continue to play off their first round handicap as that's the one they started the comp with or does it not matter as the medal comp isn't finished either?
Hope you lovely people can shed some light on this.
