i was on the tee at 8.58 this morning. frost for the first 3 holes. i could have played the back 9 in shorts it was that nice!

I know how you feel mate - the inconstancy in my game is driving me round the bend ! 
I shot birdie (playing over 550 into the wind), par, double, par , double, double, bogie, par, bogie on the back nine yesterday the front nine was even worse. I just cant get it all together, cant chip or do anything positive from 100 in. I need to see a shrink I think..... as sometimes its like I've never hit a ball before and the next I booming miles down the middle and stiffing it close!

Exactly what I was going to say.
It ain't easy conditions this time of year and it's tough to find any sort of groove.
You still got off your backside and did it (good on you)....and I bet you learned a thing or two for future reference.
Better to be out and playing rather than in the office
