Grip rubbing index finger

For the past few month my right index trigger finger is sore with my driver grip rubbing, i don't think I've changed the way i grip and still using the type of same grips.
Any suggestions , do i need to change the way i grip.?

I use micropore tape.

Perhaps you need something thicker

Something has changed....the result of which is that the grip is moving relative to the finger (and it shouldnt).

Adding a sticking plaster is never the right answer🤔
