Grip problems

I'm stiil relatively new to this game and i am having problems with a slice with my driver, it doesnt seem to happen with any of my irons? My playing partners have said i have a bit of a weak grip? Can anyone explain or link me to a good site explaining the difference between strong and weak grips?

Post a video of you hitting a couple of balls and I'm sure someone will help you out?
