ok, apologies for the length of this 
Breakdown of the tie, Me and Dave combine of 28, opponants are off 4 and 10, so we have 5 shots.
1st par 4 - (shot hole)so it begins......dog leg left to right, all 4 ball on the fairway or first cut, dave was closer than me, so we chose his ball, I have 195, opps are behind, around 200. They hit into the [****] left of green, so i pull a 7 iron, play it just short of green, thinking we it great position. I unfortunately (lol) find their ball, they pitch it over to 15 feet, dave plays our ball 20 feet short, so i putt and leave him 3 feet, they missand make 5 so dave has a putt to win, misses it left and a/s as we go to 2! a bit frustrated, as we were in great place to win, but first hole, so just crack on.
2nd par 4 - they are on fairway, after I hit a good drive but ended a bad place, dave hit an awful one but ended on the opposite hole, 105 from pin, great angle of attack, put it to 15 feet, they play 2nd, and get to 20 feet, dave leaves me 3 feet, they knock it dead, i make, half, still a/s.
3rd par 5 - hit a solid drive, wind pulls it left, behind the trees, they are fairway, but farther back. they play to 120, dave stuffs his and leaves me 175 behind a tree, hit a rakin draw to ten feet, dave holed and we go 1 up.
4th par 4 - hit a crap iron off tee, dave stuffed his, played an iron over pond, dave played over river, they were fairway to just right of green, they made 4 four so back to a/s
5th par 3 - they play 1 to inside 10 feet, great shot, i hit 3 iron but its a little left and is 30 feet from pin left of green, dave hit great putt but it just keeps going and leaves me 7/8 feet, they make 2 though so 1 down.
6th par 4 (shot) - all hit bad tee shots, we play daves, from the trees!! pitch out, as do they, the play to left of green, 20 feet, dave leaves me off green to right, chip it to 4 feet, they make 4 so we have a putt for win, dave misses so still 1 down.
7th par 3 - we take mine, we are ouside them, about 40 feet, they are maybe 30, dave leaves me 10 feet, they knock it stiff, i miss, 2 down!!
8th par 4 - we both have drives on the fairway, 148 to pin, they play from about 15 yards baks, but land in bunker, I have pw, to play at middle of green, pull it miles, lost ball...... lost holes 3 d, very unhappy!!
9th par 5 - great drive leaves dave 240, plays a 8 to 88 yards, they are just ahead, both there in 2, i hit 56 deg into wind, cuts straight through it, to back of green, they have 15 feet, dave putts and leaves me still to play, miss putt, they leave it close, 4 down at turn, looking grim....
10th par 5 - they only play 1 ball as its down the middle, i rip drive and dave doesnt play either, has 240 to go, the play to 140, and dave plays 7 iron, stubbs it 65 yards, I hit 5 iron to 10 feet, they miss right, but play a good chip, dave misses, and we half.
11th par 4 (shot) - the hit one up the middle but dont reach the corner, its 474 par 4, around 235 to corner, great drive by me leaves 200 to pin, they play short of green, as does dave, they then duff chip, i play bump and run to 10 feet, dave has a putt, leaves it 6 inches by for the win.
12th par 3 - good shots into the green, dave has 15/20 feet and they have 25, halved in 3.
13th par 4(shot) - hit a poor drive, but get away with it, and it runs for a a good bit, 120 left for dave, they have similar, stuff there shot, 40 yards short, dave leaves our ball just short of green, i roll it 6 feet by, they had chipped to 20 feet, missed it, we won hole, back to 2!
14th par 3 - have 172 to pin, strong wind behind, played a 9 iron, ripped to inside 2 feet, cracking shot! the both play but miss green, putt is eventually conceeded, back to 1
15th par 4 - rip drive but go a little right, luckily just short of [****], they are down the middle, but we are 30 yards ahead. the feck there shot again, dave knocks our ball inside 10 feet, they duff again, I roll to gimme, and win, back to a/s!
16th par 4 - somehow my driver is still going well, rip one to leave 140, dave didnt play one, they both hitdecent drives, about 180 to go, they play to front edge, dave hits a great 8 iron, looks like its a foot away, but we get there and have 15 feet, they miss to gimme, I hit a good putt, watch it tracking all the way and manages to drop, middle of cup! 1 up
17th par 4 (shot) - another great drive leaves dave 160, they have around 200, but hit a great shot to left of green, Dave hits a low one, looks like its heading for the bunker but we get a good bounce and land off the green to the right, they putt to 6 feet, I putt from off the green and its turning, stops 6 inches past........ hole won, we win 2 up!! proper happy, we played the last 8 holes in 1 under par.
18th par 5 - walked in!!!
Very happy with the way we played the back, felt like a golfer which is something I have not felt for while! lol
