Can someone please explain to me what's the main difference between the Grafalloy Prolaunch Platinum shaft and the Grafalloy Prolaunch Platinum AXIS????

This is just another example where a range of shafts are upgraded with some enhanced manufacturing process to improve consistency or stability. The Aldila Voodoo range is basically the same done to VS protos or NV shafts, and the UST Axiv Core is something similar for the UST proforce shafts.
The Axis should play similarly to the underlying shaft, in the case of Platinum, mid-high launch and mid spin.
