Does that accommodate calculations for the Earth's rotation and gravitational pull?

Been weighing up this myself. Probably more likely to go with a GPS watch and a pretty simple one at that. Have been tempted by the Approach S12 as it seems to be on sale in most places. I keep reading the Bargains thread hoping someone has picked one up somewhere for £100 or so
