No doubt it will be competancy based, maybe this might help

If its competency based, if you dont have an example then no matter the temptation DON'T make stuff up its amazingly easy to catch people out with made up examples. Be honest and say you don't have one BUT give an snswer on how you would, hypothetically, handle the situation.
From 8 years of doing interviews hat is one thing I would rather see and don't see enough if rather than made up crap.
Good luck
Just be yourself.
I followed the above before getting my last job, the first interview I had out of 6 was awful, I was nervous, sweaty and was trying to be the person I thought the interviewer wanted, didn't work, didn't get to the next stage. The next 5 I went in and decided to be myself, if they didn't like what they saw or the answers I gave then tough, from the 5 interviews I got 5 offers and I'm sure that's because I was being me.
- Take along your CV, if that was pertinent to you getting the interview, there will no doubt be questions on it.
- Print off some info about the company the interview is with, its handy to refer to.
- Make sure the above two items are in a smart folder. A smart leather look zip folder will set you back a few quid but it's worth it, first impressions, contrary to what some may say, do stick in the memory.
- Do a little reasearch on the company, find out there turnover, who they export to, which clients they have
- Don't be afraid to ask questions, through out the interview and have a few ready for when they ask if there is anything you want to ask.
- Do not ask about salary unless they bring it up, big no no.
- Do not ask about holidays
- Just be yourself, i know I mentioned it twice but it is important.
- Look smart, suit pressed shirt and tie
- If you have tattoos below the elbow, wear a long sleeve shirt, some companies will have you good as marked if they see them, it's a predjudice that really stinks but it still happens.
- Get there in plenty of time, if you turn up late regardless of whether it was your fault or not and you may as well not turn up at all.
- When replying to a question direct your answer to the person that asked it in the first instance and if there are more interviewing you engage with them all in your reply and remember to look them in the eye as you speak.
- When sitting, sit upright and do not slouch.
- When replying to questions, speak clearly and try to avoid local words and phrases, "yer knaa wot I mean like"
- IF you know the answer to a question you have gave is correct but the interviewr(s) still look lost, ask them to repeat the question, it may well be you are both talking about the same thing but you're looking at the answer from a different perspective to them.
- Just be yourself, Have i already mentioned that?
- Oh yeah one last thing, what ever you do, do not try to bullshit the interviewer(s) if they know their stuff you will be sussed straight away and if they know you are out of your depth some interviewers love to then pile on the misery.
Go in prepared, be yourself and you won't need good luck because you'll walk it.
