Having been caught out in the rain a few times with my Gore-Text jacket on, I've been really impressed with its waterproof abilities and am after some trousers.

Whilst I'd love to get the matching GG trousers, I can't really afford £170 as that cash is ear-marked for some new irons over the winter.

I generally play in waterproof trousers from November to March (unless it's really nice weather) so I get plenty of use out of them.

Has anyone come across and Gore-Tex trousers that aren't £170? ;)

How is it that a pair of camo gore tex can be sold at a profit for about £15, and yet stick a golf logo on to a bit of gore tex and suddenly the price is in the 100's.

Gore tex clearly is not that expensive a material.

I'll pass on the Camo ones thanks!

They don't seem to do the Berghaus in the fat short git size.

Can anyone find any others? I've been googling like mad and really struggling to find anything under £150. :(

i got a top and bottoms in gortex, company is RUKKA, they dont do a lot but its the gortex pactlite stuff. Got it from Boundary Mill in Grantham for £119.99 :) Reduced from about £500

Iv got Gore Tex Sunnice gear....I couldnt recommend them highly enough....And as far as i know there pretty reasonable.

My pants are not lined but i wear my mountain bike leggings underneath them and they are ideal....Warm breathable and bone dry.
