anyone know how the app golfshot calculates hcap? i have played 2 new courses (once each) this week and no adjustment to the auto handicap?

Played Elea and Aphoridte Hills in Paphos, Cyprus, both exceptional. Preffered AH course but Elea clubhouse stunning.

I don't use it any more but I have a feeling I go it to work by turning auto handicap off.... I think.... Not much help but I remember having the same issue.

well it currently gives me a hcap just by leaving the hcap field blank but cant figure out when it adjusts, maybe you need to play more than once on a particular course before it takes the rounds from that course into account.

Na, I am sure it gives 0.2 or whatever on the spot. Ill have a look at it later and see if it rings any bells.
