I was playing out of a bunker following rain a few weeks ago. The sand had the consistency of porage and I felt the shock of the impact in the wrist and forearm. It's been diagnosed as tennis elbow, but in the 'other' arm...hence golfers elbow
This was only the second round with the new clubs too.
Since then I am not able to play at all, although given the weather we are having in the Midlands I probably wouldn' be playing anyway!
The condition just doesn't seem to be improving at all, despite rest, visits to a physio and various pain reflief options.
Anyone else suffered, or got any ideashow this can be helped along....better yet....how long it takes to repair?
