golfcare rip off

I've been pricing golf insurance and come across golfcare for £22.49. I noticed on their site that if someone refers a friend then they get a freebie so asked a friend to recommend me.

To my utter amazement, the email come through asking for £29.99. I googled golf insurance again and once again Golfcare come up for £22.49

Surely they know people aren't stupid?

99.9% of the British people are stupid.

I worked in Customer Service for over six years - some of the cretins I encountered would keep a stand up comedian in business for life!

Just get back to them quoting the offer and they should honour it. Very often the prices that are advertised on websites or flyers in magazines etc are special offers and only honoured if you quote the offer.
