I will try and find out when Dunbar open goes live.
Day trip to Aberdour at some point?Nothing much so far. Was trying to figure out a trip to Shetland but way too expensive to get there. May venture to Iona or Harris instead.
Well that's alright, neither are we.Hellidon Lakes, yes it has a swimming pool, gym and bowling alley, but the course itself is nothing special
Played two opens there in the past two years and it's lovely. Some great views from the course. It’s a bit of a hidden gem I’m told. And it’s the cheapest open I’ve booked for a while at £25. Really looking forward to it.
Depending on where/when you're in Sussex, feel free to drop me a message - I'm only just over the border in Tunbridge Wells! Will be in UK for short trip in June. Few days in Fife and few days in east Sussex. Although I'll be clubless I might still have to try & find a game in each area
Other than that its a small country here so i'll still play the others courses through the year but not really 'trips'

Im surprised by that, flights were not that expensive , unless they skyrocketed since covid.Nothing much so far. Was trying to figure out a trip to Shetland but way too expensive to get there. May venture to Iona or Harris instead.
Is he paying?Ive been invited by an American Friend to play with him at Carnoustie, Muirfield and Royal Aberdeen in the summer. he's also going to N ireland and playing Portrush and RCD, he's offered me to come to these as well , though i'm not sure i could get away for that, as id need to go over on the ferry on my own and come back as he is then fling to london on business.
You're well ahead of me so far. I've got the Dales Golf Festival in August (Richmond, Bedale & Catterick), and that's all that's currently booked. I clearly need to get my skates on!
