No mate, I did ask, but they said as they were won as a prize nothing could be done, even offered more money to change for Dry Joys !!!!

that seriously blows. unlucky pal. suppose you can always ebay them. why they wouldnt change them for you is beyond me. they are talking complete rubbish!

its just common sense that you would be allowed to change YOUR prize for a size that fits YOU! ive changed many prizes (not in a wile though ) for either a different size or the monetary value for the shop. its a disgrace that they dont and you should make sure to tell them.
