Golf Shoe Spikes

I recently ordered some Nike Lunar Control shoes (havent arrived just yet) and I wanna get some metal spikes for them, (personal preference, always used them) the chap i spoke to in DG today said they dont do them for nike shoes, look for any with "Fast Twist" on the box, having typed just about everything i could think into google i'm no wiser... there are many different types of thread, anyone with Nike LC's confirm which it is? Q-lok, tri-lok, fast twist or something completely different?
