Just watching the Hyundai tornement of champions, and the commentators just said poulter doesn't have very impressive stats and is a little overated! In my opinion This is just completely wrong! He hit the most greens in regulation on the European tour last season and is possible the best short iron player in the world! I don't know what they are on about, but the PGA tour does quite often try and defend american players whenever they can! Anyone else agree??

I struggle to watch the american golf on Sky becasue of the commentators, I generally record the european stuff from the day and watch it later.

Flicked over to some during adverts in the ashes coverage and was unfortunate enough to hear Nick Faldo analysing GMAC's swing. For someone who was so technical with his own swing he seemed totally incapable describing someone elses effort.

Just shoddy all round. Makes you appreciate what we get......even Howard Clarke!!!!! (Ok, maybe not Howard Clarke )

Totally agree. I think we are spoilt over here not only with Murray, Critchley, Riley, Boxall etc from Sky but with Alliss and Ken Brown over on the Beeb.

I think the US won't be overly kind to any European players following the RC and it smacks of sour grapes. GMAC may get an easier ride because he won one of their majors but generally I expect the comments to be the same as Poulters throughout the year

Dale Hayes is another embarrasment who makes Faldo sound articulate.

Cant abide Faldo, he talks too much about himself. Have to say though I still dont turn it over and watch the PGA as much as the European tour.

You got to love watching the likes of Bubba Watson and Dustn Johnson.
