As you mention that guy - what has happened to him since BoJo became captain of the good ship Torytanic...haven't heard a thing from him - is it cos he is a disaster walking and couldn't run a whelk stall...as they say...

Good question.. i suspect that worse news moves the bad news from the headlines..

I beg to differ, I think he could absolutely run a whelk stall ............

A Government Ministry? ......... now that is a different matter !

Voted for Tory, reluctantly.

I won't vote for Labour whilst Corbyn and McDonnell are at the top table. And I won't vote for Mrs Shouty Woman, who said that she would ignore the result of a second referendum if it still came out as Leave - I don't do dictators very well.

You could go even further right with to Farage or go a different colour with Greens (remember your mom always told you to eat your greens.. )

I'd rather go a bit to the left but there isn't a choice worth my vote, IMO.

To be honest, I'd rather abstain but the thought of Chairman Corbyn and Herman McDonnell genuinely frightens me.

Loony Raving or Buckethead ?? Voting Tory is not a way to counter Labour. Might be easier to abstain than vote Right because Left is not available #JustSaying... Your vote your choice.

Exactly, its an opinion, and I'd rather ensure Labour didn't get in by voting Tory than abstain and risk Labour getting in. Would voting for someone else counter Labour? Don't be silly. A vote elsewhere gives the second largest party a better chance.

Many a referendums were lost when people tried to 'teach the establishment a lesson' and vote Leave without wanting to Leave. PS: I still dont know what Corbyn & Ilk stand for - other than wanting to nationalise trains, planes, automobiles and schools..

Can’t vote for my normal party and wont vote for a certain other party. I also cant vote for my backup party but I can vote for a certain party.

Brexit has really changed how I am voting this time round!

Well that's depressing 42% voting Tory after all that's happened with Brexit after over 3years, going right back to Cameron. Not surprising I suppose from a golf forum.

Sadly it shows how poor the opposition is and people's mistrust of politicians are at a all time low.

It shouldn’t be a surprise for the demographic in the forum, I guess you never venture into the Brexit or Boris threads?

On a side note surprised that the Lib Dem’s putting up a fight and staying well clear is Labour

Interesting before the last election a reporter went on the streets in a Tory constituency in the south of England and asked about 5 of the Labour policies not saying who’s policies they were, all supported said policies until they were told they were Labour policies, most replied oh no they couldn’t vote for Corbyn.

Some vote on personality’s and not policies and it shows the deep mistrust of Corbyn amongst some.

Terrible Indictment of Labour to be behind in the polls after the Torys have got us in such a mess.

Until Labour have a change at the top they will struggle to be elected.

That seems to be a recurring theme on this thread. Other than the Trade Union, surely there must be a wider support for JC to keep him up there.

You missed out the “anybody but the ....... party”
