Glued in adapter?

I've a mizuno st200 fairway,that I mistakenly glued the adaptor in! Anyone any ideas to remove it,I have a new adapter,just can't shift the old one!

The adapters are removed by heating them to the point where the epoxy glue breaks down same as removing a head from a shaft. You have to be careful with graphite shafts because it is the same epoxy holding the layers of the shaft together and sometimes the shaft tip 'explodes'.

Use a clothes steamer, or something that can give a reliable constant source of steam. It won't damage any element of the club but it will allow the epoxy to break it's hold and you to detach the shaft etc.

how did you mistakenly glue in an adaptor? IF i was you i would take it to a club builder and see if they could fix it for you

I am presuming that the OP was not aware that some manufacturers use a different adapter for drivers/ fairways and hybrids.
