Longer clubs are a bit short at the moment with the weather, but shorter clubs don't seem to lose much.

I did notice yesterday my driver height was higher than normal by about 25%

Not being funny, I think it may have had something to do with the mats. No disrespect to Bratty as he didn't put them down on his course, but they have to go down as some of the worst mats I have ever played off so far as trying to get a tee peg down into them was concerned. A couple of times I thought Paul was going to give up and blob the hole because of the trouble he was having!
When you knocked it off of the grass tees you didn't seem to hit it so high, so I would just put it down to "one of those days".
But as I say, you do hit a lovely ball.

I know you told me not to feel bad, but they really are terrible! I'll be raising this at the next committee meeting!
Notice though, Paul took 20 minutes to try and put a teepeg in on 18, and you and I took 5 seconds... think that says more about Paul than the mats!

This is about the same as me I guess - I am maybe 5 yards longer with the 7-9 irons. Also, I hit my SW about 120 and my 60 lob wedge about 80 yards. The latter has increased when I changed wedge. Moved from a Cleveland to a Ping Tour LW and gained 10 yards. Loads more spin and feel from it too - recommend these to anyone and I am going to buy a Ping SW soon.
