Garmin Approach problems

Hi Guys/Gals when i finished my round today my G5 having worked perfectly all day would not switch off, i popped the batteries out and back in , it now wont switch on , i have tried googling the fault but getting loadsa reset options etc ,only work if the unit turns on tho .. any thoughts please ?

Funnily enough my G6 stopped working yesterday! 9th hole, had a look at it and it was frozen...showing the 1st hole again. Wouldn't turn off or do anything.

Going to take it back to the shop tomorrow and see what they can do.

Had my G5 since they came out , no bother at all , just leave it till morning then try again ...................EYG

Hold the power button in for 30 seconds
Resets the device

Thanks guys , tried all the obvious ,left it over night , changed the batteries etc , held the power button Phil , and held the button & touched the screen as per youtube . no joy..

Sent it away today hopefully have it back on or before thursday in time for friday
