SWAP: Garmin Approach G5

Hi, I am looking to swap my Garmin Approach G5 for a Skycaddie SGX.



The unit is supplied in the box with with all instructions, bag clip and usb cable. I will also throw in the official carry case which cost £20 and a Energizer charger and 2 rechargeable batteries.

I am only looking to swap as my new course, Lanark, is not mapped with Garmin and i have been waiting too long now for it to be done with Medal's starting this week.

It is an excellent piece of kit with the ability to get a yardage to any point on the hole and then to the hole from this point. Also there are no subscription charges with Garmin, all updates are free.

Request for a swap on hold please, just had an email from Garmin saying that Lanark is their 'Development Phase' and should be included in the spring update (expected in late April). :thup:

Hopefully they are true to their word.

Machrihanish Dunes isn't on it either.
I requested Lanark back in September prior to the Volvo final.
My only reason for going back to skycaddie, as the Garmin was a great piece of kit.

Had another email back from Garmin to say that the Dunes will be on the update at the end of the month too

Just a wee update to say that Lanark's 18 and 9 hole courses are both now mapped and available along with Machrihanish Dunes :thup:
